Q. What type of
athletes do you coach online?
Coach GP: At Runningbuzz.com clients range from novice recreational to Olympian

Q. If I am slow, does that
make me a novice?
Coach GP:
No. It does not necessary follow that all elite athletes
are experienced or all mid-pack runners are beginners.
Everyone should run within their own capabilities toward
their own goals. It is where you are along that spectrum that determines
how experienced you are.

Q. How did you
start training runners online?
Coach GP: It first started through my
emailing schedules to my women's running group. Many of the runners I saw
on the track once or twice per week were looking for ongoing structure,
direction and coaching on their 'non-track' days. Email is an enormously
effective and convenient medium for this.

Q. Is there a
particular type or level of athlete that would benefit the most from
online training?
Coach GP:
No, not really, anyone can benefit. One of the reasons for having a coach
is that it is hard for most of us to take an objective look at our own
training and to have the discipline to work out and carry out a
well-structured plan that will help us achieve our running and racing
goals while avoiding injury.
These coaching benefits apply to all athletes at all levels. You certainly shouldn't feel that only
the elite athletes deserve or require a coach.

are you able to answer yourself.?

website will receive a personal reply.
I look forward to helping you on your journey toward good health , fitness and
competition and the opportunity to help you achieve all of your running
goals.
Happy running!
