Personalized training programs and workout schedules

Working with you, the runner, our coaches will prepare a weekly or monthly schedule to fit your individual needs. With your goals in mind, we will help you to maximize your results, according to your specific racing event.

Personalized strength training regimens specific to your running

Because each sport uses different muscles, it is important to strength train the muscles used most in your specific sport. With G.P.'s time-efficient, custom-made strength training programs, you can increase muscle strength in the right places! We will customize your strength training to fit your schedule.

Planning of short term and long range goals

Planning short , intermediate and long term goals - this can be referred to as the journey.

In a training and racing program reference points are essential. An athlete must have information as to where they are, where they have come from and where they are going. Part of a successful athletic program is making the right decisions as to when to compete and when to rest, when to increase training intensity and when to back off....choosing the right goals is key to help keeping you motivated along the way and to ensuring that your journey is  a successful one.

Team Runningbuzz will help you to choose the right goals to fit in with your abilities and lifestyle...professional advice at the right time
